Underscore Projects was created out of the necessity of creative spaces in the city and the importance of places for collaboration among artists in different medium.

Since its inception, Underscore Projects has always been about providing creatives with studio spaces where they could collaborate and get inspired. While we’ve had short term studio users before, we felt a need of long-term studio members for further connection and collaborations.

We currently have our second floor studio available. Below are the details:

-Private 480 sq ft

- 24h access

- High speed wifi 

- Lots of natural lighting

- Private washroom and kitchen 

- Balcony facing Dundas on the second floor

- Stainless steel sink and storage

- Rent includes utilities and wifi.

Option to have the studio divided in two spaces or all connected.
